History

How TNFFI emerged and where we are heading.

Tonga National Farmers Federation Inc. (TNFFI) was formed to bring together scattered farmer groups and individual growers into a single, coordinated federation. The goal was simple but powerful: create one organised voice that can speak for farmers at village, district, island, and national levels.

Since its establishment, TNFFI has been working to map farmer groups, listen to their priorities, and build structures that can last. This includes strengthening local farmer committees, setting up clear communication channels, and piloting programs that respond to real needs on the ground.

This page is a living record. As TNFFI grows, you can update this section with key dates, milestones, and stories from farmers and communities.
